The Pavilion at the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds will once again be filled with vendor exhibits with lots of items to help you get new ideas and add to your homes and gardens. Admission and parking are always free.

 

Grow Your Garden Know How

Take time to learn from experts on a variety of garden topics.

10:30 AM —Roses! Our own MG member, Gwendolyn Gates:, will talk about restoring the historic Polson Rose Garden and how to successfully grow roses in our challenging Maritime climate.
 
The Extraordinary Caterpillar by Homegrown National Park - film advertisement
11:30 AM—Exclusive screening of “The Extraordinary Caterpillar,” a stunningly beautiful documentary produced by Homegrown National Park partnered with Jeff McKay. Caterpillars are the engine of food webs, feed birds, support pollinators, and keep ecosystems thriving. You will never look at a caterpillar as boring and inconsequential again.
 

12:30 PM —Nicole MusicOlney, of the Chehlis Tribe, will demonstrate how to incorporate foraged and indigenous foods into nutritious modern recipes and talk about the benefits of growing your food.

The Home & Garden Show on May 16 & 17, 2026,  is a great opportunity learn how to be a better gardener.
