WSU Mothers Day Plant Sale
May 10 @ 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Volunteers needed 2 days prior to Sale : Thursday 5-8-2025 at approx 11:00am
4 people with cars or trucks to pick up plants from Terri Small’s House
The Set Up Day before: Friday 5-9-2025 at The Garden By The Sea 12:00pm-3:00pm
4-5 people to price- label and arrange the plants and set up folding tables
Day of Sale: 5-10-202- Saturday -8:00am-4:00pm at the Garden By The Sea this includes final Set up and Cleanup time
2 people to cashier
4-5 people to talk to the public and sell plants
2 people to man the Plant Clinic Table
2 People to take people on tours of the garden and demo beds and greet the public
5 people to clean up, bring in signs, put tables back into the church
Volunteers can work for 2-3 hours or for the whole day switching off with others for lunch and breaks
