Master Gardener volunteers will be available to answer questions related to plants you currently have\, as well as help provide care information for any new plants you might find at the Plant Swap. \n  \nCommon questions for the Master Gardener volunteers are: \n\nWhat plants grow best in the Pacific Northwest?\nWhat can I grow in the maritime environment?\nHow can I test my soil?\nWhat will I have problems growing where I live?\n\nTo help us better diagnose a plant problem\, please try to share as much of the following information as possible: \n\nThe type of damage are you seeing and when it start\nThe parts of the plant that are affected: flower\, leaf\, stem\, fruit\, etc.\nHow is the plant watered and the amount and frequency of watering\nThe location of the plant ; in a garden bed or in the lawn\, next to a driveway or house\, in full or part sun\, the direction the plant faces\, etc.\n\nSharing photographs of your plant problem\, plant identification or insect identification is helpful. Help is needed during meetings to plan a variety YO activites focused on WSU priorities in age appropriate activities and displays. Vlunteers will be needed to prepare materials\, as well as develop booth resources and displays. During events\, volunteers will be needeed to set up/tear down booths\, as well as volunteer shifts working with youth. \nMeeting locations will rotate throughout our two county regions. DESCRIPTION:The Master Gardeners of Grays Harbor and Pacific Counties will be hosting a Plant Clinic on Saturday\, April 19\, 2025 from 12:00 AM to 4 PM at the Mermaid Museum at the Westport Winery. \n \nCommon questions for the Master Gardener volunteers are: \n\nWhat plants grow best in the Pacific Northwest?\nWhat can I grow in the maritime environment?\nHow can I test my soil?\nWhat will I have problems growing where I live?\n\nTo help us better diagnose a plant problem\, please try to share as much of the following information as possible: \n\nThe type of damage are you seeing and when it start\nThe parts of the plant that are affected: flower\, leaf\, stem\, fruit\, etc.\nHow is the plant watered and the amount and frequency of watering\nThe location of the plant ; in a garden bed or in the lawn\, next to a driveway or house\, in full or part sun\, the direction the plant faces\, etc.\n\nSharing photographs of your plant problem\, plant identification or insect identification is helpful.
